Gwenn came to the LaBrusciano Team with a wealth of business experience. A native of Roxborough, Gwenn has resided in the Roxborough, Andorra and Lafayette Hill areas keeping close ties to the community. After 25 years in a successful Manayunk business, she has brought her work ethics and energy to the LaBrusciano Team as a the Lead Buyer's Representative. Gwenn has been awarded the Accredited Buyer Representation designation which required successfully completing a comprehensive course in buyer representation and an elective course focusing on buyer representation specialty along with professional experience verification. Ursula Ann has been working with the Al LaBrusciano team since 2004 as the Teams Administrative and Marketing Manager. She is responsible for all the conveyancing (ie. Title, Commitments, Certifications, etc) as well as creating and maintaining all marketing and advertising materials. Ursula Ann is Al's right hand woman, the organizer and the rock of the team. She is a graduate of Widener University with a BS in Business Administration with a concentration in Marketing. Ursula Ann also recently earned her Real Estate License and serves as a Notary Public in Montgomery County. Ursula Ann assists our Buyers and Sellers in all areas of Montgomery County and Philadelphia, including, but not limited to, Roxborough, Manayunk, East Falls, Plymouth Meeting, Lafayette Hill, Conshohocken and so many more areas!
